Return & Exchange Policy
At MMB LLC, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on custom or personalized items.
Non-Custom Items
If you are dissatisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a resolution within 72 hours of receipt under the following conditions:

Re-Creation or Exchange First – We will first attempt to re-create or exchange your product to meet your expectations.

Refund Eligibility – If re-creation is not an option, a refund minus shipping or drop-off charges may be issued only after the item is returned in new, unworn condition.

Return Shipping – The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt. Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
