Rush Order & Shipping Policy
Standard Orders:
All non-rush orders have a 2-3 week turnaround time for production and shipping.
Rush Orders:
Orders with a due date within 14 days will incur a rush service fee of $5 - $25 per item, billed separately via invoice.
To request a rush order, please email info@makemebetterva.com with your order number and deadline requirements. Orders are prioritized based on due dates, and rush fees must be paid before processing begins.
