Terms & Conditions
No Returns on Customized Items: All sales are final for custom or personalized orders. These items do not fall under the cancellation policy and cannot be canceled once placed. However, I can provide a proof of your design and keep you updated throughout the order process.
Shipping & Tracking: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, or UPS, depending on the product. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. Proof must be submitted within 24 hours of the tracking status showing "delivered." Once verified, I will gladly replace your damaged item.
